EPA Tools to Support States: Quantifying Emissions Reductions and the Health and Economic Co-Benefits of Clean Energy Policies

States have expressed the need for guidance on federal tools and resources to help them pursue federal funding and programs. This webinar, hosted by the Clean Energy States Alliance, features free tools developed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) that can quantify the co-benefits of clean energy policies. EPA Senior Utility Policy Analyst David Tancabel helped states and relevant stakeholders understand several free, peer-reviewed tools that can help states estimate emissions reductions, monetize and make tangible health and economic benefits, while learning to speak the language of utility regulators and decision makers.
