Britt’ny Bettis-Allen is a Project Manager at Clean Energy Group. In her role, she focuses on advancing resilient power solutions in marginalized and rural communities. At CEG, Britt’ny helps manage projects that increase equitable access to innovative clean energy technologies, including battery storage and solar, empowering communities to build long-term resilience and achieve energy independence.
Prior to joining CEG, she served as the Community Engagement Project Manager at Operation Fuel, a non-profit based in Hartford, CT. There, she oversaw projects aimed at increasing public awareness, particularly in low-moderate-income communities, and promoting the adoption of efficient, clean, and resilient energy solutions. Additionally, she supported the organization's policy and advocacy efforts by engaging with state legislators, PURA (Public Utility Regulatory Authority), and community organizations to influence policy changes addressing the state's energy burden.
Britt’ny holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration (Cum Laude) from Johnson & Wales University.
