Clean Energy Group contributed to comments prepared by the Initiative for Energy Justice, People’s Solar Energy Fund, and People Power Solar Cooperative in response to DOE’s Solar Energy Technologies Office request for information on barriers to community solar deployment and other models to increase access to solar. The response focuses on strategies to increase equitable deployment of solar, methods to ensure meaningful bill savings, and innovative business models to advance greater solar access. Cleveland Owns and the New York Energy Democracy Alliance also contributed to the response.
